1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, booking a course, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. Booking and Payment

Course bookings must be made via our website or authorised agents.
A place is only confirmed once full payment or a specified deposit has been received.
Payment must be made in GBP via approved methods (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).
Bookings are subject to availability and approval by Fire Team Delta.
You must be over 18 to book. Under-18s require parental or guardian consent.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (displayed on product pages).
Refunds are subject to the timeframes and terms stated in that policy.
Fire Team Delta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety, or instructor availability. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

4. Participant Responsibilities

You confirm you are physically fit and able to participate in outdoor activities.
You must complete any health declaration forms or disclaimers as requested.
Participants must follow all safety instructions given by instructors.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity for unsafe behaviour, abuse, or failure to follow instructions. No refunds will be given in this case.

5. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with UK GDPR regulations.

6. Media and Consent

Unless otherwise agreed, Fire Team Delta may take photos or video for marketing and social media use during courses. You will be asked to opt in or out via a media release waiver. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
All content, images, and branding remain the intellectual property of Fire Team Delta unless otherwise credited.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

8. Liability

Outdoor adventure carries inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions, you participate at your own risk.
Fire Team Delta is not liable for loss, injury, or damage unless due to our proven negligence.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during activities.

9. Complaints

We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you have any complaints, please contact us directly at info@fireteamdelta.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
