Refund Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for both our courses and physical products. Please read carefully before booking or purchasing.

 

 

Course Refunds & Cancellations

 

All bookings are subject to our cancellation timeframes as follows:

 

  • More than 28 days before course start date:

    Full refund or free rebooking.

  • 15–28 days before start date:

    75% refund or one-time free transfer to another available date.

  • 8–14 days before start date:

    50% refund or one-time transfer (with £25 admin fee).

  • Within 7 days of course start date:

    No refund. Course transfers subject to availability and £50 admin fee.

  • Within 48 hours of course start or no-show:

    No refund or transfer.

 

Exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency) may be considered at our discretion. Supporting evidence may be required.

 

 

Course Cancellations by Us

 

Fire Team Delta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to severe weather, instructor illness, insufficient numbers, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer you:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • A free transfer to a future course date of your choice

 

We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other third-party expenses.

 

 

Product Returns & Exchanges

 

Applies to physical products morale patches, survival kits, gear, etc.

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided:

 

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (email receipt or order number)

  • The item is not a personalised, hygiene, or clearance item

 

 

Non-returnable items:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g. first aid kits)

 

 

Refund or Exchange Process:

 

  • Contact us at info@fireteamdelta.co.uk to request a return

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Ship items to the return address provided (you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty)

 

 

Refunds:

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error
