The Elite 5-Day Experience is our most intense course - designed for those who want to go beyond bushcraft and live the role of a fireteam on a real mission. You’ll sleep in the wild, operate under pressure, and take on advanced survival, evasion, and tactical tasks day and night.
Led by experienced instructors with military and SERE instructor backgrounds, this course blends endurance, fieldcraft, and leadership into a fully immersive, scenario-driven experience.

🔒 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Fire Team Delta is committed to delivering safe, high-quality training experiences. These booking terms protect both our participants and our instructors by ensuring fairness, clarity, and accountability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.

Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing at least 7 days before the course date.

You may send a substitute participant in your place with at least 48 hours’ notice and written approval from us.

Participants must be aged 16 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult or group leader.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds are issued based on the notice period given before the course start time:

No refund or rebooking; full fee charged
No-shows and late arrivals will be charged in full.
⚠️ Course Cancellation by Fire Team Delta
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if:

Minimum participant numbers are not met,

Safety conditions are compromised (e.g. extreme weather),

An instructor is unexpectedly unavailable.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or free transfer to a future date. We are not liable for costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently.
🧭 Health, Fitness & Suitability

All participants must be in reasonably good health and able to undertake physical activity in an outdoor environment.

You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or relevant medication prior to the event.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe your condition poses a risk to yourself or others.

While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure safety, participation involves inherent outdoor risks.

Fire Team Delta accepts no liability for loss of personal property, minor injuries, or incidents not caused by our negligence.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree to follow all safety instructions issued by staff.
🌪 Force Majeure
Fire Team Delta shall not be liable for failure to deliver the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters). In such cases, rebooking or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Participant Kit List – What You Need to Bring
🔥 We provide all group kit, instruction, food, water, and specialist equipment.
✅ You bring the essentials to stay dry, warm, and ready for the wild.
🧍♂️ Clothing

Sturdy hiking boots or military-style boots (broken in — no trainers)

Outdoor trousers (no jeans — quick-dry or cargo preferred)

Base layers (synthetic or merino wool, avoid cotton)

Warm fleece or jumper

Waterproof jacket and trousers

Spare socks and underwear (at least 2–3 sets)

Hat and gloves (weather appropriate — even in summer)

Sleeping bag (3-season minimum)

Roll mat or sleep pad

Small rucksack (30–45L)

Water bottle or hydration system (2L minimum capacity)

Torch/headlamp with spare batteries

Wash kit (biodegradable soap, toothbrush, small towel)

Dry bags or bin bags (for keeping gear dry)
