The Youth Bushcraft Adventure is a hands-on, screen-free outdoor experience designed to develop practical skills, confidence, and teamwork. Whether it’s a half-day intro or a weekend camp-out, we tailor each session to suit the age, ability, and goals of your group.
Led by experienced instructors with youth leadership and first aid backgrounds, the course focuses on safe, engaging, and age-appropriate survival challenges that promote independence, problem-solving, and fun in the wild.

Firelighting and natural tinder scavenging
Shelter building and team tarp set-ups
Wild cooking and safe knife skills
Water filtration and hygiene in the wild
Nature navigation and basic compass work
Camouflage & team movement drills
Bushcraft games and environmental awareness

Half-day taster sessions (ideal for schools, holiday clubs)
Full day adventures with extended tasks and team challenges
Weekend campouts with overnight shelter builds and firepit dinner
Badge-accredited versions for cadets, scouts, or DoE groups

Age range: 8–17 (groups tailored by age band)

No prior experience needed — just enthusiasm and outdoor clothing

- Product Pricing is to book your slot- final price will be determined once full package has been defined. Pricing will be between £60- 200 per head plus optional add ons dependent on size of party and package booked.

🔒 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Fire Team Delta is committed to delivering safe, high-quality training experiences. These booking terms protect both our participants and our instructors by ensuring fairness, clarity, and accountability.
✅ Booking Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.

Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing at least 7 days before the course date.

You may send a substitute participant in your place with at least 48 hours’ notice and written approval from us.

Participants must be aged 16 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult or group leader.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds are issued based on the notice period given before the course start time:

50% refund or rebooking with £25 admin fee
3–7 days
25% refund or rebooking with £40 admin fee
Less than 48 hours
No refund or rebooking; full fee charged
No-shows and late arrivals will be charged in full.
⚠️ Course Cancellation by Fire Team Delta
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if:

Minimum participant numbers are not met,

Safety conditions are compromised (e.g. extreme weather),

An instructor is unexpectedly unavailable.
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or free transfer to a future date. We are not liable for costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently.
🧭 Health, Fitness & Suitability

All participants must be in reasonably good health and able to undertake physical activity in an outdoor environment.

You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or relevant medication prior to the event.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe your condition poses a risk to yourself or others.
🔐 Liability & Risk

While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure safety, participation involves inherent outdoor risks.

Fire Team Delta accepts no liability for loss of personal property, minor injuries, or incidents not caused by our negligence.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree to follow all safety instructions issued by staff.
🌪 Force Majeure
Fire Team Delta shall not be liable for failure to deliver the course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters). In such cases, rebooking or credit may be offered at our discretion.
